The facility includes private changing rooms, showers, and toilets. Ice-cold filtered water bottle fillers on the floor. Stair access. Every detail is built around the session — not an afterthought.

Yes. Day passes are £10 per session, available from opening. If you take out a membership within 30 days of your first day pass, the £10 converts to your joining fee.
